Blood Donor

Yesterday,it was the first time I went to a blood donation.

It goes a proverb that ''Donate one bag of blood, save one life.''

Based on saving lives, I was highly willing to donate my blood and share with others who needs blood.

As the needle getting into my blood vessel,I felt just a little pain yet couldn't distinguish my zest for doing the meaningful matter.

I breathed in a slow tempo with my blood running out. It was exciting and I was nervous.

Collecting about 250c.c of blood,the nurse attened to my arm,asking if I'm faint.Though I replied a no to her;however,when I stood up I felt extremly dizzy and giddy. I thought my body was too weak and lacked in regular work and rest.

On arriving home, I fell asleep deeply.Donating blood made me tired.

Altogether,I really did a significant job！

Break The Wall

A cute advertisment my mother send to me.

Lately,I found my life fasten by a invisible rope and I wanna figure out why.

In Sansia,the daily activities I do everyday are going to school,eating,going back to my dormitory. It isn't the life I used to lead. Due to the inconvinience of traffic , here is so bleak and my liberty is locked.When I was a senior high student,I eagered to experience the college life cause I thought it should surely be so free and diverting. Conversely,in Sansia I feel I am blocked and many other things I wanted to do before have faded away.

Nevertheless, I still don't want my dream and my goal destroyed by such a condition. I want to discover the world and pursue the position where I can exist to the best. I've maked a secret project and it might take me 2 years to complete.Though the process will be extremly hard and tough,I believe that little by little will I achieve the dream .To strengthen my faith,I have to put in my mind that I can break the wall which holds me back from my ideal life. If I can finish my plan 2 years later, I think my life would be much more amplitude than now.

Sentiments

Recently,I learned one little section of Hamlet in another english class.Hamlet is one of the four tragedies.I've read other of Shakespeare's tragedies before like Macbeth.

After reading, I felt that both of the two tragedies mentioned above reveal the human being's selfish and avarice and also resolution and fear inside them. The works have been come down for nearly 5 centuries.Because that Shakespeare's compositions are delicatedly described within graceful words,what's more,the works own meaningful messages.

Still,there are many vocas I don't recognize.For now, I realize that the most difficult things in learning english are recognizing vocas、prases and understanding the real meanings expressed in articles. That's the very weakness I have to confirm.

Music Is Like Air and Sunshine

Music is like air and sunshine.



Music is like a flower that emanates the fragrance from its essense filled with beautiful and innoncence. The music history,without respect to classical or modern pop music,it retains a cutural heritage which contained the painstaking efforts inside.

Music,perhaps yes or not,is a necessary mental provision for different people. Every voice can be a music. In a world without music,there must lack some zeal and passion throughing around.

Music can be a lucky charm,we might feel happy for the light music.Thus,we remain happy all the day.At least,I think music can influence my mood and change my mood into a jauntiness.Soothing the spirits in my mind may be the greatest recommendation.

As far as I'm concerned,music is an elixir that turns life into a never-ending adventure.Every point in the music is another new experience to explore.

【Circus Action】-----------Go Rock Boyz

Recently, a new TV program produced on channel V.

【Circus Action】 is a show that I used to watch in saturday night when I was a sophomore in senior high.

It's about four prime boys who do lots of crazy things like eating the fish's eyes or going around Taiwan with only 2000 dollars on hand. Leo、Eason、Kid、小馬 are fairly funny but cute.

At times,when I watch ''Circus Action'' I feel happy and fresh from trifels ,meanwhile, the show everywhen fires up my enthusiasm to do certain crazy things thus I can free the depressed mind and my low spirits.

There are many short films on the net and they made a new sort of ridiculous dance for their group.

《Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer》

Given X'mas' coming,I'd like to introduce one of my favorite chistmas songs.

There's an old but interesting story about this song's provenance:

Every Christmas night,Santa Clause rides the sleight guided by reindeers and sends out gifts to good children door by door.And the reindeers' names are : Dasher、Dancer、Prancer、Vixen、Comet、Cupid、Donder、Blitzen......and so forth. In the foggy christmas night,before the eight reindeers guides a red nose reindeer------Rudolph.

Rudolph was always pushed out from a group and mocked at by other reindeers because of its big and red nose. Nonetheless,on one christmas night, the sky was covered by heavy fog and was awfully pitch-black.

The entire herd of reindeers couldn't tell the rightdirection and couldn't make any effort to start off giving gifts out. At this moment,Santa found that the light brought from Rudolph's red nose was actually able to lighten the roads in the thick fog. Accordingly,Santa let Rudolph as the bewether in front of the herd to take charge of guiding the way and hence rounded off the job.

Afterwards,the other reindeers didn't look down upon Rudolph anymore and all of them came to make friends with Rudolph and admired his big and red nose.

1.I think both of my reading and listening are ranked in Level B1.

I can sometimes realize the general meaning in the issues,magazines or text books.And I can also speak up my opinions and talk to people in brief or simple English.
However,I still can't use words accurately when I want to express particular ideas,not to mention giving advantages and disadvantages of various options on topical issues(which ability can be categorized in Level B2) .
Furthermore,I think I am a little bit hearing-challenged.Somewhile,I can't hear clearly what were my friends talking about,even in Chinese......''Huh? Can you say it again?''It's the most frequently used sentence in my academic career I think......
Maybe it's due to my absence of mind or perhaps the speaking speed is too quick.Nevertheless,to understand the Ivy program and other basic English programs is OK for me.I didn't find what ICRT is unless and until few days ago,I think there is another learing resource to build up my listening!

1.I wish I can speak and write English more fluently.
2.I wish I can increase my vocabulary.

I reckon that my goals and actions are probably feasible and workable.
During my senior high,I bought lots of English novels,which are unread till now.
''A Wrinkle in Time'' ''Anne of Green Gable'' ''A Tale of Two Cities'' ''Macbeth'' ''The Pelican Brief'' and ''Standard TOEFL Vocabulary'' They are right the tool to help me facilitate my reading and increase my English words.

Each of the novel is quite entertaining and suitable for my grade.Though the voca book is fairly tough for me to commit all the voca to memory,it is still a worthreading material.

The weakness to successly carry out my plan is that I fear that I might be too lazy to put my plan into practice.

A wonderful afternoon!

I only have two classes in the morning today,so after my Accounting class I go to Administration Building's convenient store to purchase some ''number cookies and plane cookies''.

On arriving home,I turned on my computer to see a national film---Blue Gate Crossing.
Guey Lun mei is the leading actress and this film is also her first movie.Blue Gate Crossing was released about six years ago,it was talking about a sunny boy and two other girls' affection.

She never thinks that she is perfect or a super star different from original people.She is always so modest.For me,she'll be the most beautiful and ideal actor forever.

I have a friend in the U.S.

She is my classmate when I was in senior high. She decided to go aboards to study when we were in our third year in senior high. After taking the SAT examination,she got a entry admission to Oregon University,which locates in northern California. We still keep in touch with each other right now. Sometimes,I write a letter to her(the traditional ''by air mail''......The postage for airmail to Oregon is NT$15,well....quite cheap.)

Recently, we charted on MSN.She told me that she was not accumstomed to the food in the school,all of the food was too heavy for her ,she felt that her kidney is going to be in bad condition.

People might have homesick when they stay in foreign places for a long time. Actually,I have a great fear of staying in the new surroundings,it makes me feel rather uneasy.However,this is a new lesson for me to overcome.I can't always hold back from taking new things.I should make more friends , I should try to lead a brand new four years in NTPU .My goal in this semester is to learn more meaningful things and make my life much more substancial.

My friend is working hard in America,so I can't indulge myself in larks.I want to enhancer my English to catch up her steps.Next time when she comes back to Taiwan,I want to talk with her in English and defy her! Ha-ha-ha.
